By accessing and using PetControl, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use our services.
2Service Description
PetControl is a technological pet management platform. It includes calendar tools, nutritional calculators, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance. These tools are for personal, non-commercial use.
3Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
You acknowledge that the AI tools (Holistic Analyzer, Wellness Scanner, Emotion Interpreter) are guidance models based on statistical algorithms. The information generated NEVER replaces the evaluation of a certified professional specialist.
4Intellectual Property
The brand name, logos, source code, and designs are the exclusive property of PetControl unless otherwise stated.
5Subscriptions and Payments (Merchant of Record)
PetControl uses Polar.sh as our Official Vendor (Merchant of Record). They process payments, manage subscriptions, and issue invoices. When making a purchase, your contractual relationship is directly with Polar.sh.
6Limitation of Liability
PetControl is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided by our tools. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
