Whether it's a winter ice storm out east or a wildfire evacuation in the west, you may have mere minutes to leave. Your pet's "Go-Bag" should include enough food and bottled water for 72 hours, a spare leash, and a physical copy of their vaccine records.
Identification is Lifesaving
Ensure your pet's microchip is registered with a Canadian database and that they wear a tag with your current mobile number. During mass evacuations, pets are easily displaced; proper ID is the only way to get them back.
